Dr. Bork's visited the Middle East many times over eight years, and has talked to hundreds of Arabs about Abraham and he never found one who did not know about him or couldn't tell something about him. He has retraced Abraham's steps from Ur of the Chaldees in Iraq, through Haran in Turkey in Turkey, to Canaan and Egypt. He used every conceivable means of locomotion: donkeys, camels, boats,busses, and other methods.
