The Ark
Noah was commanded by the LORD to build a boat, called an ark so that he could survive the great flood.
Ark Specifications
The Ark is described as 300 cubits long, which translates to approximately 450 feet in length. The Ark would have had a gross volume of about 1.5 million cubic feet, a displacement a little less than half that of the Titanic at about 22,000 tons, and total floor space of around 100,000 square feet.
